Terms of Use

The site is an interface to smart contracts on the GIWA network. It lets you launch fixed-supply tokens, trade them in Uniswap V3 pools, and read public chain data. The contracts run on the blockchain; the site only prepares transactions that your own wallet signs.

deuslaunch is non-custodial. We never hold your funds or tokens, cannot move them, cannot reverse a transaction, and cannot recover a lost wallet or key.

The site currently runs on GIWA Sepolia, a test network. Testnet ETH, tokens, prices and balances have no monetary value and do not carry over to any future mainnet.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You may not use the site if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region under comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on a sanctions list. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including tax laws.

Anyone can launch a token. Names, tickers, logos, descriptions and links are written by whoever launched the token. We do not review, endorse or guarantee any token, and a token’s name or logo says nothing about who made it. Tokens can copy the names of real projects or people. Check before you buy.

You may not launch a token that infringes someone else’s rights, impersonates a person or project, or is used for fraud. We may hide any token from the site, though we cannot remove it from the blockchain.

By using the site you accept that:

• token prices can move very fast and can fall to zero;
• a confirmed transaction is final and cannot be undone;
• smart contracts can contain bugs, and the networks, wallets and services they rely on can fail;
• a token’s liquidity is locked by its contract, which does not stop its price from collapsing;
• prices and figures shown on the site can be delayed or wrong; the blockchain is the source of truth.

Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You decide what to buy, sell or launch, and you bear the result.

Launching a token costs a fixed launch fee, and every trade in a deuslaunch pool pays the pool’s trading fee. Part of that trading fee goes to the token’s creator and part to deuslaunch. The current amounts are on the docs page and in the contracts. Network gas is paid separately to the network.

The quest site awards points for tasks on X. Points have no monetary value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are not a promise of any token, NFT, allowlist spot or payment. Any reward linked to points is decided by us and can change or be cancelled.

One person may use one X account and one wallet. We may remove points, invites or accounts that we believe used bots, scripts, fake or bought accounts, or other abuse, without notice.

• attack, overload or try to break the site, its servers or its contracts;
• scrape or automate the site in a way that harms other users;
• manipulate markets, for example with wash trading or coordinated pump and dump schemes;
• use the site for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal activity.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, deuslaunch and its team are not liable for any loss of funds, tokens, profits or data, or for any indirect or consequential damage, arising from your use of the site, the contracts or any token.

We may change these terms or the site at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
